Solar System Design & Execution
One team from first survey to switch-on. We engineer, supply, install and commission complete solar power systems, and we're accountable for how they perform.
Overview
Engineering that keeps performing for 25+ years
A solar system is only as good as its engineering. Panel orientation, string design, cable sizing, earthing and protection decide whether a system delivers its promised units for 25 years or quietly underperforms. Our in-house engineering team handles every one of these decisions, so nothing is left to guesswork on site.
We deliver grid-tied (on-grid), hybrid and off-grid systems. For homes, that usually means cutting the monthly bill and keeping essentials running through load-shedding. For factories, universities and hospitals it means offsetting heavy daytime loads with systems from 50 kW to 1 MW and beyond, like our 1 MW installation at the Punjab Institute of Mental Health and 500 kW at NFC University, Multan.
Every project follows a documented process: survey, design, supply, installation, testing and handover. You always know what's happening, who's responsible and what comes next.
What's included
Our design & execution service covers
Custom solar system planning
System size, layout and technology chosen from your actual consumption, roof and budget, not a one-size package.
Grid-tied, hybrid & off-grid
On-grid for maximum savings, hybrid for savings plus backup, off-grid where the grid is unreliable or absent.
Structures that last
Galvanised iron and aluminium structures, including elevated L1/L2 frames and solar parking sheds.
Professional installation
Neat DC/AC cabling, correct earthing, SPDs and breakers, and testing before energisation.
Energy optimisation
Load analysis and inverter configuration so the maximum share of your solar units replace expensive grid units.
Commissioning & handover
Inverter setup, monitoring app configuration, as-built documentation and a walkthrough for your team.
Process
How it works
- Step 1
Survey
We visit the site, check the roof or land, shading and electrical infrastructure, and review your bills.
- Step 2
Engineering
Layout, string design and a yield estimate, with a clear proposal listing every component.
- Step 3
Supply
Tier-1 panels, inverters, structures and protection sourced from authorised channels.
- Step 4
Installation
Structure, modules, cabling, earthing and protection installed by our own technicians.
- Step 5
Commissioning
Testing, inverter configuration, monitoring setup and handover documentation.
Ideal for
- Homes & farmhouses
- Factories & mills
- Universities & schools
- Hospitals
- Plazas & offices
- Farms & dairies
FAQs
Design & Execution questions
How long does a solar installation take?
A typical home system (5–15 kW) is usually installed in one to three days once equipment is on site. Commercial and industrial systems take longer depending on size and structure. We give you a schedule in the proposal.
Do you install systems for factories and institutions?
Yes. Most of our portfolio is commercial and institutional, from 30 kW up to 1 MW, including universities, a hospital, textile and manufacturing units, plazas and farms.
Which system type should I choose: on-grid, hybrid or off-grid?
On-grid gives the best return where the grid is available. Hybrid adds batteries for backup during load-shedding. Off-grid suits sites without a reliable connection. Our guide compares all three in detail, and we'll recommend one after reviewing your bills and load.
Will my system be net-metering ready?
Grid-tied systems we design use inverters and protection suitable for connection to your distribution company (LESCO, FESCO, MEPCO, GEPCO etc.). Net-metering approval itself is granted by your DISCO under NEPRA's current rules.
